Absolutely. We routinely craft menus that are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, or tailored to any dietary need. During your consultation, we’ll review guest requirements and build safeguards into preparation and service.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend securing your date as soon as your venue is confirmed. For large events, three to six months’ notice ensures access to your preferred menu options, though we can often accommodate tighter timelines.
What is your payment process?
Following menu approval, we issue an invoice outlining the deposit and payment schedule. Final adjustments can be made up to ten business days before your event, with the balance due as specified on the invoice. Our Toast account captures all preferred payment methods.
